Taizhou Jingyi Electromechanical Co., Ltd. is located in Taizhou City, a coastal city on the East China Sea and the birthplace of China's private economy. Specifically, it is situated in Fangyuan Electromechanical Industrial Park, Yingbin Avenue (104 Bypass), Xiwan Village, Zeguo Town, Wenling City. The factory currently has 17 die-casting machines (with clamping forces ranging from 160T to 800T), 5 sets of automated equipment, more than 20 machining centers, over 150 precision CNC lathes, 20 sets of special-purpose machine tools, and more than 200 sets of auxiliary equipment. Meanwhile, it is also equipped with a plastic spraying production line to meet the needs of different customers.
The company is mainly engaged in the production and processing of aluminum alloy stretching and aluminum alloy die-casting. It also undertakes material-based processing, mold-based processing, and the development of various non-standard new products and new molds. With a professional technical team and processing team, as well as sophisticated production equipment, the company's products—including various aluminum alloy stretched motor housings, aluminum alloy die-cast motor housings, aluminum end caps and aluminum accessories—are widely used in motors, water pumps, new energy projects, industrial air-making and refrigeration equipment, and motors supporting mechanical equipment. Its application scope covers small household appliances to large-scale heavy industry. The main products include: YE3 series, Y2 series, ABB series, Grundfos series, JW series, cleaning machines, Rijing pumps, Xinjie self-priming pumps, and national standard vertical and horizontal stretching series.
